• Certification is required before placing orders independently (trials and purchases).

• Certification courses are provided by PROTEOR and are free of charge.

• Must have a patient trialing to receive certification. 

• Patients must trial prior to purchasing.

• Trial units must be returned no later than five days after the trial ends.
